Exchanges/Cancellations
If for any reason whatsoever you get your board and are not satisfied you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. You must return the unused board at your own expense. Refunds will not be given for boards lost or damaged in return. Responsibility is with the customer to ensure the board arrives back in new and unused condition (Hence please use appropriate packaging and choose your courier carefully. We are happy to give advice and assistance for this) Limit 2 exchanges per customer per purchase.Delivery & Damage
It is important to make sure that you have double-checked ALL details on your orders including names, addresses, and phone numbers. Boards are delivered via courier and Surfboards Direct will not be held liable for loss after a delivery signature is obtained.Upon receipt of your board, although unlikely, any damage must be reported within 24-hours to Surfboards Direct via email. Photographic evidence of damage will greatly assist resolving these types of issues more quickly.
Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Surfboards Direct does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.Currency
